Gina McCarthy, Administrator
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W. Washington, DC 20460
Dear Mrs. McCarthy:
I am a Black African American Inventor, Innovator and Entrepreneur with a cleantech startup called Allen Hydro Energy Corporation (AHEC). On March 13, 2013, I was issued a US Patent # 8,400,007 B2 entitled “Hydroelectric Power System” for a new type of clean hydro power plant. DOE denied my 2 million dollar Stimulus Grant Application in favor of companies like Solyndra Solar, who could afford to “Pay To Play”. President Obama and his Administration has ignored my efforts to offer an innovative solution to address Climate Change. AHEC Hydro Power Plants are cleaner, cheaper and safer than burring fossil fuels. Its design places a conventional large-scale hydroelectric dam equipment, technology and process inside a 70 story buildings that can be constructed downtown in any major metropolitan city. It offers more power generation capacity that China’s Three Gorges Dam in a single 70 Story Power Plant.
Visit our website at http://www.ahecEnergy.com to learn more. Because of the power and influence of the Oil and Gas Industry, President Obama and his Administration lacks the moral courage to discuss my company’s innovation as a solution to climate change, even when I suggested that it could create 10,000 green jobs. I have contacted congressional leaders and governors, who have ignored all my efforts.
AHEC Hydro Power Plants are disruptive technology and to reduce the fear of U. S. Power Plant Owners, I’m in discussion to license AHEC’s Patent to US Power Generators. I believe in win-win solutions. AHEC will retain the rights to manufacture, construct and operate AHEC Hydro Power Plants worldwide.
Our technology can help the EPA achieve its goal in less than 5 years, and rapidly move the entire US to a zero carbon usage of fossil fuels for electricity generation. America once had political leadership with the courage that challenged Americans to reach for greatness. Now, we have great political speeches, political games and politicians that protect the interest of the rich who “Pay To Play”. I believe that you are a different type of Administrator, which is why I’m making another effort to contact this administration.
If the EPA is serious about reducing carbon pollution and climate change, then I welcome the opportunity to help you and look forward to speaking with you or your staff.
Charles E. Campbell, Founder & CEO
