Haïti célébrera son jour de l’indépendance le 1er janvier 2023. Une journée pour laquelle les institutions et les gouvernements racistes blancs comme la France et l’Amérique en veulent parce que c’est un exemple persistant du pouvoir et du potentiel des descendants d’Africains noirs pour surmonter l’oppression blanche. L’Amérique a continué d’interférer et d’influencer les affaires politiques et économiques d’Haïti, conduisant à sa déstabilisation, à la corruption, à la violence et à l’instabilité. Pourquoi?

Après l’Afrique du Sud, Haïti possède les deuxièmes plus grandes quantités de réserves d’Iridium au monde. Bien qu’Haïti soit proclamé le pays le plus pauvre de l’hémisphère occidental, son Iridium vaut plus que l’or et le bitcoin. Les propriétés de l’iridium le rendent résistant aux hautes températures et à la corrosion. Cela le rend indispensable dans la fabrication de moteurs d’avions et de canalisations en eau profonde, la fabrication de smartphones 5G, de produits électroniques haut de gamme nécessitant l’utilisation de diodes électroluminescentes organiques (OLED) et la fabrication de piles à hydrogène. En mars 2021, sa valeur avait atteint 6 000 $ US l’once, soit près de trois fois le prix de l’or à cette époque. Alors que le gouvernement haïtien est déstabilisé, les multinationales sont libres d’extraire l’Iridium gratuitement ou à moindre coût. Haïti possède environ 20 milliards de dollars de richesses minérales intactes.

Proposition de deuxième révolution du peuple haïtien :

Article #1 : Les Haïtiens de la diaspora devraient être invités à faire un don à un fonds utilisant Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle et Pay Now dans le but de collecter 1 million USD. Tous les fonds donnés doivent être utilisés pour mettre en œuvre les éléments de proposition suivants dans la capitale d’Haïti, Port-au-Prince, afin de rétablir la stabilité.

Point #2: Les dirigeants haïtiens, dont Jimmy Chérizier, chef de la Force de sécurité du G-9, Jean Pierre Gabriel, chef de la Force de sécurité G-Pep et Germine Joly, chef de la Force de sécurité 400 Mawozo et d’autres chefs de la Force de sécurité territoriale devraient être offerts amnistie et immunité contre les poursuites, légitimité et 200 000 $ de salaires annuels et de financement pour leur personnel pendant 5 ans. En retour, ces dirigeants doivent accepter de rétablir la loi et l’ordre dans le territoire qu’ils contrôlent et dirigent. Les exigences de la loi et de l’ordre comprennent les conditions suivantes :

Les chefs des forces de sécurité doivent garantir aux Haïtiens la liberté de mouvement à l’abri de la violence, des enlèvements, des viols, des agressions et des meurtres dans leurs régions.

Les chefs des forces de sécurité doivent assurer la réouverture et les opérations en toute sécurité de toutes les écoles, universités et écoles de commerce et techniques haïtiennes de la maternelle à la 12e année, ainsi que de leur personnel et des étudiants dans leurs régions.

Les chefs des forces de sécurité doivent assurer la réouverture et le fonctionnement de toutes les cliniques et hôpitaux médicaux haïtiens et de leur personnel dans leurs zones.

Les chefs des forces de sécurité doivent garantir la liberté des forces de l’ordre haïtiennes (police) et de l’armée haïtienne de patrouiller, d’arrêter et de recevoir des plaintes dans leurs zones.

Les chefs des forces de sécurité doivent garantir la liberté des tribunaux judiciaires haïtiens, des juges, des procureurs, des avocats, du personnel et des citoyens haïtiens pour tenir des audiences et statuer sur les affaires pénales et civiles et résoudre les différends dans leurs domaines.

Les chefs des forces de sécurité doivent assurer la sécurité, la protection et le fonctionnement des chefs de gouvernement d’Haïti et de leur personnel dans leurs fonctions officielles dans leurs domaines.

Point #3: Le gouvernement haïtien rétabli doit créer un nouveau ministère du développement économique qui accorde cinquante pour cent (50%) des revenus de l’extraction, de la transformation et de la vente d’iridium fournira un revenu mensuel garanti à tous les citoyens haïtiens de plus de 18 ans et Les Haïtiens de la diaspora, qui ont fait un don pour financer cette proposition.

Article #4 : Quarante pour cent (40 %) des revenus de l’extraction, de la transformation et de la vente d’Iridium doivent être utilisés pour reconstruire l’infrastructure d’Haïti, y compris l’eau, les égouts, l’électricité, des logements adéquats, les aéroports, les ports de croisière, les hôpitaux, cliniques, routes, écoles de la maternelle à la 12e année, centres de formation technique et spécialisée, résidences pour personnes âgées et services sociaux et de santé mentale.

Point #5 : Le gouvernement haïtien doit conserver dix pour cent (10 %) des revenus de l’extraction, de la transformation et de la vente d’Iridium. Il percevra également des taxes sur la vente de biens et de services, y compris l’immobilier, l’hôtellerie, le tourisme, les transports, les services publics (eau, égouts, câble, Internet, communication et électricité). Le total des impôts combinés ne doit pas dépasser 20% du revenu mensuel garanti de l’Haïtien.

Point n ° 6: Le gouvernement haïtien et le gouvernement sud-africain devraient devenir les pays membres fondateurs d’une nouvelle institution basée en Afrique nommée «Organisation des pays exportateurs de métaux précieux» (OPMEC), similaire aux pays exportateurs de pétrole. Son objectif doit être de fixer le prix du marché pour l’exportation de métaux précieux comme l’iridium, le coltan, le cobalt, l’étain, le tantale, le graphite, les diamants, le platine, l’aluminium, le cuivre, le zinc, l’or, l’argent, le tungstène et le plomb.

Point #7 : En partenariat avec les Nations Africaines, le Gouvernement Haïtien doit établir une force militaire avec l’Armée de l’Air, l’Armée, la Garde côtière et la Marine pour une défense commune d’Haïti avec un contrôle civil et politique. Chaque citoyen haïtien doit être tenu de servir un minimum de 4 ans dans au moins une branche des services militaires entre son 18e et son 28e anniversaire.

La proposition de deuxième révolution du peuple haïtien et les idées discutées ne sont pas gravées dans la pierre, mais devraient servir de base pour le soulèvement et l’autonomisation d’Haïti et une voie de sortie du chaos enduré par le peuple haïtien.

Both Democrats and Republicans have failed to create a Comprehensive Immigra￾tion Policy. Many White Americans feel threatened by growing minority popula￾tions of illegal immigrants that when combined with African Americans will
become America’s majority population in short order. White Supremacists “Great
Replacement Theory” fuels the notion when said development occurs; White Amer￾icans will seek to reverse that trend in a most inhospitable manner. Such fear has
led to US Policies by Republican and Democratic Administrations alike that have
adversely impacted Non-White Immigrants as well as African Americans, resulting
in disparities in drug sentencing along racial lines leading to mass incarceration,
disparities in infant mortality rates, and harsher policing in communities of color.
Illegal immigrants, mostly from South American Countries, who have become
American Citizens have added to an already fast-growing population, not only in
places such as California, New York, and Texas, but in various cities on the east
coast and in the Midwest. As these populations proliferate, discussions are had, and questions are raised about the potential to exert their influence for the purpose of
gaining political power and securing economic benefits. Illegal immigrants were,
for the most part, able to walk across the US Southern Border and assimilate into
US Society until, a White Republican backlash led to the election of Donald Trump
in 2016. Surprisingly, or maybe not so surprisingly, the Biden Administration has
seemingly picked up where the Trump Administration left off.

Both political parties lack the imagination, and creativity to propose a National
Comprehensive Immigration Reform Policy that benefits both the country and ille￾gal immigration.

After many discussions and much debate with colleagues, the following ideas
surfaced:
• The US government should create and operate a National Online Immigration Center (NOIC) and employ a remote staff of public defenders, private attorneys, and judges
to expedite the Online Application Process. NOIC should use Artificial Intelligence to process all Online Asylum Applications and make an impartial determination that
approves or denies Asylum Applications within 48 hours, while applicants wait in their own countries.

• Illegal immigrants who are denied asylum, but cross into the USA from Mexico
should immediately be flown back to their Country of Origin by the US Military.
To address their safety concerns, Deported Immigrants should be provided with
special weapons that are geolocated and biometric activated to defend themselves
against gangs in their home countries.

• Illegal immigrants who are approved for Asylum should immediately be ushered
into the USA with a 5-year work permit, pending their final citizenship approval.
However, they should only be employed at a minimum of $15 per hour wage. They
should not be allowed to qualify for federal, state, or city funded services until after
5  years and final citizenship approval. This should eliminate Native Americans,
White, and African Americans from being negatively impacted by having to com￾pete for jobs or being undercut on wages by illegal and new legal immigrants.

• Illegal immigrants who accept US Asylum must contractually agree to pay a $0.10
higher sales tax, $10 higher property tax, and a 20% higher income tax than other
Americans for a minimum of 10 years, before receiving the right to vote in national,
state, county, and city elections. Immigrants should be prevented from owning or operat￾ing a business for 15 years. The additional tax revenue must support public education, health care, and criminal justice system reform as well as fund the Economic Empow￾erment of White, Asian, Hispanic, and African Americans displaced by Immigrants.

• The USA should create an Immigrants Funding Remittance System (IFRS) that adds a 20% tax for sending funds back to South American Countries that failed to pro￾vide protection, safety, or economic opportunities for their citizens, resulting in ille￾gal travel to the USA in the first place. This will serve as a Special Economic Tax (SET) on funds remitted back to immigrants’ countries of origins. Funds should be used to fund weapons to ensure safety and security, to create economic empower￾ment, and to pay for climate mitigation technologies that address the root causes of mass illegal immigration to the USA.

This proposal was written to jump start a serious and fruitful discussion and debate
among our elected officials and public policy experts that leads to comprehensive immi￾gration reform legislation, which should be passed into law as National Immigration
Reform. Such a discussion, resulting in an action item, is as important today as it has
ever been. Given the uncertainties brought about by COVID-19, I can think of no better
time than now to put this issue on the front burner of American politics.

In 2020, overdose death rates (number of drug overdose deaths per 100,000 people) increased 44 percent for Black African American People and 39 percent for American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) people compared with 2019, according to a new CDC Vital Signs report with drug overdose data from 25 states and the District of Columbia. Overdose death rates in other groups, specifically White people, for whom the increase was 22 percent, are also at historic highs.

In 2022, Fentanyl got worse and was the year some of America’s biggest companies, including AmerisourceBergen, Cardinal Health, CVS, Johnson & Johnson and Walmart agreed to pay more than $50 billion dollars in settlements.

In 2023, for less than 10% of that funding from AmerisourceBergen, Cardinal Health, VVS, Johnson & Johnson and Walmart, AHEC offers to develop an innovative public heslth testing solution that would allow drug users to test their pills for Fentynal. This would prevent unintentionally deaths. AHEC’s contact information is below.

AHEC can lead this effort, but any Black African or Black African Diasporan Organization that already have the resources or ability to raise the funding can implement the above strategies. Our ability to collaborate in unity of purpose, mission and goal will allow us to defeat our enemies who are united against us.

In the past, White Organizations have used the images of Starving Africans to raise billions of dollars and did the minimum with those funds.
